Thesis (PH.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Science - Department Of Analytical Chemistry
The aim of the present thesis is to find a fast (non time consuming) , cheap and reliable spectrophotometric procedures using commercially available and cheap spectrophotometric reagents for the determination of some catecholaminesIn the present work , the microdetermination of catecholamine derivatives (dopamine hydrochloride (DOHCl) , levodopa (LD) , dobutamine (DOBHCl) and vanillylmandelic acid (VMA) spectrophotometrically depends on colour reactions between them with different organic and inorganic reagents under various conditions of pH , temperature , time and stoichiometric ratios
