Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Medicine - Department Of Anatomy Summary: The aim of the present work is to study the effect of induced diabetes mellitus on the tests and spermatogenesis in the adults albino rat and to evaluate the possible protective role of the vitamin E.It could be concluded that diabetes mellitus has a harmful effect on testis and spermatogenesis causing obvious degenerative change in the histological picture of the seminiferous tubules of and these changes are directly proportional with the duration of diabetes mellitus
