This work has been carried out to evaluate, the role of arginase and adenosine deaminase (ADA) in Egyptian patients suffering from heart attack, and group of patients with (CRF) accompanied with (CVD). Finally all the experimental results evaluated, tabulated and statistically analyzed. Arginase and adenosine deaminase (ADA) may be consider good diagnostic enzymes in patients suffering from myocardial infarction and ADA for patients with (CRF) accompanied with CVD
