We compared 104 patients with high risk early breast cancer who received either (5FU-Adriamycin - Cyclophosphamide) for 6 cycles with every 21 days with 4 cycles of (Adyiamycin - Cyclophosphamide) then 4 cycles paclitaxel every 14 days. Both arms were compared for relapse free survival and overall survival together with treatment toxicity
