The present study suggested that the elevated serum tropopnin 1 level together with the sex of the patients, the serum hemoglobin level, TLC count, serum urea, serum potassium level, their GCS score on admission, their APACHE score, their hemodynamics and their CT findungs are all good predictors for the poor outcome after the traumatic brain injury
