In this study there will be ten cases with boutonniere deformities the cases to be managed either conservative or surgically evaluation of the results is to be done by the assessment of fingers function and cosmetic appearance the aim is to restore the function of the affected finger and also cosmetic appearance of the same fingers and avoid comlications of the deformities and complication of treatment as well
