Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Institute of Statistical Studies and Research - Department of Operation Research Summary: In this thesis we used an approach to define and apply graph theory different form of the classical one in the literature , then we use this approach to illustrate and represent different circulation problems in network . We will show that the new definition is more appropriate to put the network circulation problem in more rigors formal expression which will make a computer based technique to solve these problem more adequate
