This study aims at evaluating intra and extraoral approaches in the management of mandibular fractures, done by evaluating both approaches that were used to reduce and fix fractures in ten patients, evaluation was done photographically and/or clinically, conclusion was to use intraoral approaches in most of these fractures especially after the era of transbuccal and endoscopic assisted approaches, leading to a decrease in the usages of extraoral approaches except in high condylar and TMJ fractures
