Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - National Institute Of Laser Enhanced Sciences - Department Of Laser Application In Medical and Biological Summary: The previous biochemical and physiological investigations were confirmed by histopathological alterations and clear damage of gills , liver and kidneys of the Nile catfish ; clarias gariepinus fed on diet contained 50 mg ascorbic acid / kg diet and exposed to 165 mg cadmium / l and 035 mg copper / l individually and in mixture for 12 weeksHowever , histopathological sections in the same vital organs of fish fed 500 mg vitamin C / kg diet and exposed to the same concentrations of Cd and Cu individually and in mixture showed normal sections as those of control group fish
