Renal cell carcinoma (Ree) represents 1-3% of all visceral cancers. A variety of biologic markers are being investigated as possible predictars for the biological behaviour of the tumor and as possible targets for theraputic agents. The current study showed that epidermal qrowth factor receptor (EGFR) wis expressed in 45% of Ree and was neither associated with better, nor worse prognusis
