Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Summary: This study was conducted on 38 pregnant women with pulmonary hypertension that were managed in the high risk obstetric unit in Kasr Elaini hospital , Cairo University in a period for more than 2 years ( 2009 - 2011 ) to identify the outcome of pregnancy as regard fetal and maternal complications . We found that incidence of complications increases with increased severity of the disease
