Bacteriological examination of 192 samples from respiratory affected poultry , sheep and human wounds revealed the isolation of 30 isolates of P. aeruginosa in an incidence of 15.62% while 14 isolates of E. coli were isolated from 92 urine and faecal samples. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing of 30 P. aeruginosa isolates was determined to 12 antibacterial agents while E. coli isolates were determined to 10 antibacterial agents
