Increasing rate of candidal resistance to antifungal agents, leads to making in vitro susceptibility data required to guide the selection of antifungal therapy. This study included 100 different candidal isolates that were recovered from different clinical specimens. Isolated candida were subcultured on Sabouraud Dextrose agar (SDA), and were grouped into two groups; (47 isolates) C.albicans and (53 isolates) NCAC according to results of germ tube test. Antifungal susceptibility testing was done using disk diffusion method according to CLSI 2004 guidelines
