Phase contrast MRI is sensitive noninvasive technique for CSF flow quantification, which have yielded considerable information on the physiology of the normal CSF circulation, pathological CSF flow dynamics in NPH which have been analyzed so allows for a better method of selecting those patients who would benefit most from shunt
