Regarding biomedical science, stem cell usage for repair of damaged tissues had captured the imagination of scientists for decades. our work strategy was to improve the ability of dermal scaffolds for wound healing by their bioactivation using pancreatic stem cells. Stem cell sheets were used to replace 15 mm large full-thickness circular skin wounds
