Dietary probiotic supplementation effects were investigated on the microscopic structure as well as growth performance specially; body weights and organs wer weights. A total of 5000 Arbor Acres broilers from a local company (Ommat) were raised from 1 to 35 days old. The treated birds were offered diet mixed with bacillus subtilis PB6 (CloSTAT) based probiotic at inclusion rate of 0.5 kg/ 1000 kg, while the control ones received conventional diet free from probiotics
