Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Physical Therapy - Department of Physical Therapy for Surgery Summary: Purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of aluminum chloride iontophoresis using continuous direct current in comparison to topical application of aluminum chloride in treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis. 30 patients participated in the study (14 males and 16 females). Their ages ranges from 17 to 35 years old. They were divided into two groups, Group (A) 15 patients (7 males and 8 females) received 4 weeks treatment with aluminum chloride iontophoresis using continuous direct current 3 sessions per week, every session last for about 30 minutes
