The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of low frequency ultrasound plus lymphatic drainage techniques on different body compositions (body fat mass, body fat free mass, body water composition) in obese patients with cardiac conditions. Sixty obese females patients with age ranged between (30-40) years divided into 3 groups according to the body mass index (BMI), first group 20 patients (class 1) obesity with BMI ranged between (30.00-34.9) kg/m2, second group 20 patients
