The problem of addiction is a universal problem connected with the univerasl zone for human society as a whole . Fetching the drugs manufacturing trading and distributing it aren't limited on a certain country but it is a media for global friction for organized groups that domain the addiction market . At least 9.8 percent of Egypt's population amounting to eight million people is addicted to drugs
