Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Endodontics Summary: The present research was conducted in three part one: covered the synthesization of three basic powder constituents to formulate new calcium phosphate root canal cement . They were tested using X - ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) to calculate particle size . The three synthesized powder formulation by weight percentage plus additives calcium carbonate and radiopacifier were mixed with two different liquids di- hydrogen sodium phosphate to formulate the CPCP and tri- sodium citrate for the second cement CPCC both as the experimental group
