The sample comprised of 15 primary stage English language teachers male and female from primary schools in Elwaily Educational zone, in Cairo. Two main instruments were used in this research, quality standards checklist of primary stage English language teachers' performance consisted of three main stages planning stage, instruction stage and evaluation stage and observation sheet
