In this work, new design methodologies of internal heat integrated distillation columns (i-HIDiCs) are developed further, implementing i-HIDiC application on a commercial Propane/Propylene splitter situated in Egypt (A conventional VRC). The new development of this work is studying three different approaches through computer simulation and comparing their energy saving potentials: 1- Conventional i-HIDiC
