Thus in the present study the interest was emerged to investigate the beneficial impact of the addition of an antioxidant supplement to an anti-inflammatory agent in a model of carrageenan-induced paw edema; a combination that may help in decreasing the effective dose of the anti-inflammatory agent with a subsequent decrease in its adverse effects
