Ultrasonography has a major role in assisting the obstetrician to evaluate the pregnant uterus . The aim of this work is to compare 3D transabdominal 2D transvaginal ultrasound reliability in measuring the lower uterine segment thickness in pregnant women at term with previous cesarean section . Both 2D vaginal and 3D abdominal ulrasound are accurate in diagnsing scar dehiscence
