They were divided into;aged controls , streptozotcin - induced aged diabetics , aged diabetics on green tea , aged diabetics on EGCG and aged diabetics on sildenafil + EGCG diabetic rats on sildenafil+ EGCG showed significant increase of cavernous cGMP , eNOS and significant decrease of MDA compared with other groups
