Marine algal extracts could represent a novel immuno - modulators , based on their ability to either stimulate or suppress the immune system activity ; they could be used effectively for those who suffer from immune - defect disease or auto - immune disease respectively , further more as showed in the present study , some of which could promote the new blood vessel formation beside their ability to suppress the immune system activity
