The aim of the study was to compare between two rotary instruments S5 files and Universal Pro Taper in terms of shaping, Centering and Cutting abilities. Sixty mandibular and maxillary mesio-buccal roots were used, in part 1: test for shaping ability in terms of maintaining root canal curvature with curvature ranging from 20{u00BA} to 67{u00BA} , 20 mesio-buccal mandibular molars were used degree of canal curvature and location of the curvature were done by hulsmann and stryga a slight modification of schneider's technique and by Berbert and Nishlyama respectively
