Four Candida species and a saccharamyces cerevisieae were tested their collagenolytic and elastinolytic enzyme activities for C. parapsilosis and C. krusei were the high producers for the tow enzymes in the culture filtrates . Extensive optimization experiments including physical and nutritional cultural conditions such as pH , incubation temperature , incubation period , agitation speed , carbon and nitrogen sources and concentrations were performed
