The main objective of the present study was to obtain aseptic in vitro cultures ( plantlets , bulblets , in vitro bulbs and in vitro cloves ) from three garlic cultivars ( Baladi cv., Seds 40 cv. and Igaside cv. ) . Benzyl aminopurine ( BAP ) at 5 mg / l was the best treatment for meristem - tips activation
