The preservation of at least two abutments in the arch to retain the prosthesis , has been proposed as a solution to these difficulties . The aim of this study was to evaluate clinically the mandibular overdenture utilizing two prefabricated posts , one intra - radicular , ( OT Reverse / 3 ) and other extra - radicular ( OT pivot ) resilient stud attachments
