To investigate the effect of using different resin-composite restorations for restoring conservative mesio-occluso-distal (MOD) cavities on the incremental and accumulative cuspal deflection. Forty extracted, sound human maxillary second premolar teeth were subjected to standardized MOD cavity preparation.
