The present study aimed at developing the necessary oral reading fluency (rate, accuracy and prosody) as well as the reading comprehension (literal, infereatial and critical) skills for Egyptian FEL second year preparatory school stadents throagh using a proposed repeated reading program. The study adopted the quasi-experimental pretest-posttest control group/experimental group design
