Membrane system system are computational models that simulate the structure and functions of a living cell . This thesis has three main goals which are the investigation of the membrane systems capabilities and power , the creation of a classifier P system based on fuzz rules and evolutionary algorithms and the addition of channel formation rules to the theory of membrance systems
