Four new compounds ( Caspicaosides A - D ) in addition to three know ones ( Gleditsioside A, Gleditsiosia saponin C and Gleditsioside F ) . Were isolated from fruits of Gleditsia caspica Desf . Using a combination of Column Chromatography and HPLC . Characterization of the isolates was done utilizing HRFAB - MS spectra as well as NMRtecniques ( 1D and 2D ) and chemical means
