The purpose: of this study was to compare the effect of conventional TENS and progressive pressure release on pain in myofascial pain syndrome of upper trapezius muscle. Thirty subjects (both males and females) with myofascial trigger points in the upper trapezius muscle, their age ranges from 25-35 years participated in the study
