Likewise , assessment of the implantation site is an important step in the management of patients with diagnosed infertility , indeed uterine cavity pathologies such as fibroids , polyps and Mullerian anomalies can impair fertility and result in recurrent pregnancy loss and poor outcome of pregnancy
