Nanometric nickel copper ferrites Ni₁₋ {u036F} CU {u036F} Fe₂O₄ , O{u2264}x {u2264}O.45 were prepared by the citrate precursor method . XRD measurements confirm the formation of single phase cubic spinel structure . The lattice parameter increases with increasing CU²⁺ ion substitution . The decrease in the ac conductivity was ascribed to the increase in hopping length
