Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Physics Summary: In this work two series of samples were prepared by using the citrate - nitrate autocombustion technique . All samples were obtained in a single phase without subsequent heating . The prepared samples were classified into two groups . The first group , A1 ³⁺ ions are substituted on the expense of La³⁺ ions according to the formula La ₁- {u0353} A1 FeO₃ where 0.00 {u2264} {u036F} {u2264}0.20 ( step 0.05 )
