Thirty patients diagnosed as shoulder impingement syndrome stage (II neer classification) due to mechanical causes. 30 patients were evaluated pretreatment and post treatment for shoulder pain severity, shoulder functional disability, shoulder flexion, abduction and internal rotation motions
