The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of respiratory muscle training in the management of intensive care patients after extubation . This study was conducted on thirty patients ( men and woman ) with various diagnosis who were extubated after mechanical ventilation and selected from ICU in Elkasr Elaini Hospital and divided into two groups
