Imaging techniques are powerful tools in forensic medicine. Medicolegal examiners and forensic radiologists are required to interpret findings from imaging studies for further medicolegal investigations. Radiological techniques including ultrasound (US), computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) are used in medicolegal investigation invoving blunt abdominal traumatic injuries
