Both groups were comparable regarding age distribution at the time of the operation. At post-operative assessment of both groups, the total score on the lysholm knee scale averaged 91.15 points in the single-bundle group and 93.35 points in the double bundle group, with no statistically significant differences. Comparing both groups regarding IKDC scoring parameters, revealed a statistically insignificant difference in the number of patients in the single-bundle group when compared to double-bundle group regarding all parameters
