The aim of this study was to determine the effect of aerobic exercise on hypertension and other kidney function measures as ( creatinine and urea ) , blood lipids as ( cholesterol and triglycerides ) . Thirty patients of both sexes with hypertension associated with chronic renal failure randomly selected from Elkhazendara General Hospital and Shobra General Hospital . The patients' age ranged between 30 to 45 years
