This study was conducted to systemically review the evidence for the effectiveness of exercises on the maternal outcomes ( gestational weight gain , low back pain , number of patients requiring insulin , amount of insulin required , latency to insulin required and physical fitness ) and fetal outcomes ( birth weight , risk of preterm birth , gestational age , neonatal lenght , ponderal index , fetal head circumference , fetal head abdomen ratio and fetal heart rate )
