Hepatoblastoma and hepatocellular carcinoma are the most common malignant liver tumors in children. Over the last 30 years, pediatric liver transplantation has evolved from an experimental procedure into a routine operation with excellent patient outcomes. But organ supply remains the greatest limitation to transplantation. So many of the strategies aimed at expanding the donor pool was developed
