Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Ophthalmology Summary: Assessment of macular thickness and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness by time domain stratus OCT and detection of its relation to visual field . A total of 45 eyes , 15 control cases and 30 cases with primary open angled glaucoma (P. OAG) were included in the study and subjected to visual acuity , clinical examination gonioscopy , IOP measurements , automated perimetry (SAP) central 30 - 2 and time domain stratus measurements of macular and RNFL thickness and statistical analysis was done for all the results
