The aims of this study were to investigate the accuracy of measurements obtained by MSCT and that obtained by CBCT as compared to the gold standard represented by human jaw bones and to investigate the capabilities of MSCT and CBCT in reduction of streak artifacts caused by metal objects . Ten edentulous dry jaw bones and ten bone models were used . Radiographic stents made of acrylic resin were adapted on the jaw bones
