The studied drugs are namely, Ezetimibe and Atorvastatin Calcium. The drugs were analyzed in their binary mixture, in their pharmaceutical preparation and in spiked human plasma. The results were compared with those of official or reported methods. The techniques used were spectrophotometry, spectrofluorimetry, chromatography and mass spectrometry
