Citrus limon can be used for capillary fragility and as antidote for opium and poison , anti - inflammatory antipyretic , antiscorbutic and diuretic . Citrus limon many be indicated for cold , fever , malaria , rheumatism , scurvy , sunburn , tremor , typhus and water retention
