This study aims at assessing the radionuclides uptake and accumulation, by two crop plants species and two fruit tree species that are commonly cultivated in coastal black sand of Nile delta, Egypt. The results revealed the ability of the four study crop species to accumulate high amounts of uranium and thorium in their edible portions
